Return Rules
Effective Date: March, 20, 2019

Return Period: Customers may request returns for eligible items purchased after the effective date of these return rules within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for providing return shipping for returned items. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified by Teaped.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% of the purchase price will be applied to all returned items, except for final sale items (as defined below).

Final Sale Items: Certain items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned. Currently, there are three products identified as final sale items, and they are exempt from the return policy. Final sale items are ineligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, not opened, and returned in their original packaging with all accompanying materials.

Return Process: Customers must contact Teaped's customer service within the specified return period to initiate the return process. Upon approval, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.

Refunds: Refunds for returned items will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected by Teaped. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Exceptions: Teaped reserves the right to make exceptions to these return rules on a case-by-case basis, at its sole discretion.
These return rules apply to all eligible items purchased after the effective date stated above. By making a purchase on Teaped's platform, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these return rules. Teaped reserves the right to modify or update these return rules at any time, with any such changes becoming effective immediately upon posting.
